Planning advice
Cooling Should Be Planned Around the Event — Not Just Square Feet
Two venues with the same floor area can require completely different equipment. These factors all affect what you need:
- Guest count and density
- Ceiling height and number of open sides
- Direct sun, lighting and cooking heat
- Entry movement, humidity and event duration
- Electrical capacity and equipment placement

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
How early should equipment be booked?
For summer weekends, weddings, exhibitions and large orders, earlier booking improves access to the required quantities.
Can you recommend quantity?
Yes. Share the venue size, open sides, guest count, timings and location. Complex requirements should be assessed beyond square footage alone.
Do Mist Fans work in Mumbai humidity?
They can improve airflow and comfort, but evaporative performance varies with humidity — a fixed temperature-drop promise would be misleading.
Can I rent for one day?
Short-term rentals are available. Pricing depends on equipment, quantity, location, duration and deployment needs.
About M.O.R.E. Rental
Why Event Companies
Work With Us
M.O.R.E. Rental has been supplying cooling and event-support equipment to weddings, exhibitions, film shoots, corporate events and temporary commercial spaces across Mumbai and Pune since 2016.
Every venue needs a different approach. That is why the rental range covers three different technologies — airflow equipment, evaporative cooling and refrigerated air conditioning — so the right solution can be matched to the actual conditions rather than a generic recommendation.
From a single mist fan for a small garden event to a multi-unit Tower AC deployment for an enclosed exhibition hall, the same team, the same trucks and the same commitment to delivery and setup applies.
Specialist inventory. Reliable delivery. Practical cooling for every kind of venue.
